Season's First Snow...in Orange County?!?!

I live in Orange County - infamously known now as "The OC." Saturday night we had one huge, loud thunderstorm accompanied by a pretty good rain shower, good enough to cause the cancellation of my son's final winter baseball game. Driving to church Sunday morning, we were greeted by the beautiful sight of snow-covered foothills. We normally will see a dusting of snow on the peaks a couple of times a year, but now much else. Today's coverage was the biggest I've ever seen here, coming a good thousand feet lower than the peak and a wide area of the foothills around where we live. The picture below was taken from across the valley from where we live, but it gives you an idea of how much farther down the foothills the snow came. (Photo: OC Register)

iNotes 6.5.2, Sametime and SSL

If you're running iNotes(DWA) and using and forcing an SSL connection, and your Sametime server isn't setup for it, you've probably noticed that presence awareness for iNotes 6.5 clients isn't working. That's due to Domino 6.5.2 using whatever HTTP port is setup on the DWA server to access the Sametime server to avoid browser security errors from popping up for the end user. See the technote for more information.
